Inhibitors Designed To Maximize Resistance To Degradation Due To Sunlight. Dries Rapidly And Has Excellent Recoatability Characteristics. Seals And Protects Surfaces From Absorption And Damage From Water, Deicing Salts, Dirt, Aerosol Paint, Grease, Oil And Freeze/Thaw Cycles. Enhances Surface Colors With A High Gloss “Wet Look” Shine That Will Not Yellow. SPARKL-SEAL Is Federal VOC Compliant. SPARKL-SEAL LOW VOC Is VOC Compliant In All U.S. States.
