Step 1 – 30 Days Before Installation – Customer/Contractor/Owner Submits Warranty Request Notification Form
WARRANTY REQUEST NOTIFICATION FORM

Step 2 – 7 Days Before Installation – Nox-Crete accepts warranty request (may require pre-installation inspection)
Step 3 – Day of Installation – Nox-Crete Representative Onsite for Installation
Step 4 – After Installation – Customer/Contractor/Owner Submits Duro-Nox Densifiers Extended Warranty Application Including all Requested Information
DURO-NOX EXTENDED WARRANTY APPLICATION
Step 5 – Within 30 Days After Complete Warranty Application Information Received – Nox-Crete Reviews and Makes Warranty Determination
